How to measure your beloved Newfoundland for good fit Collar:
Please be advised that:
- For buckle collar when you specify dog's neck size we will make the collar fit on central hole.
- There will be 5 holes and distance between them will be 1 inch (25 mm).
- For example: your dog's neck size is 20 inches (50 cm). Collar will fit on central hole at 20 inches (50 cm).
- There will be 2 smaller size holes - 18 inches (45 cm) and 19 inches (47.5 cm).
- 2 bigger size holes - 21 inch (52.5 cm) and 22 inches (55 cm).
- The tip of the collar after last hole will be about 2 inches long (5 cm).
- Those are handcrafted collars and some sizes will differ a little (but not significantly).
- 2 ply leather collars and padded leather collars are 1 inch bigger to make sure that it will fit your dog.

1 inch wide collar strap is made from high quality 100% full grain genuine leather, that was specially selected and oiled for extra durability.
Its light weight should not mislead you. Due to special technology of processing the leather strap is very solid thus the collar can endure load.
But we do not recommend agitation activity when in this collar. If your dog often moves by jerks or you want to train agitation it’s better to use our 2 inches wide Leather Collars or Special agitation Harnesses. Metal ware.
Leather Newfy Dog Collar consists of the following metal items: buckle for collar adjustment and fixation, D-ring for leash/lead attachment and an oval ring for leather tip fixation (not to let it hang loose). All the hardware elements are made from nickel plated steel that stipulates rust-free feature of the collar.
No allergy, no toxic fumes, no discoloration, no irritation, minimal skin and fur contact.
